We went with several other missionary families to South Luangwa Game Park to camp for a few days. We were able to see lots of animals and we just wanted to share a few pictures with you of our trip

Our Annual Mission Meeting

Every year we have a meeting with all the Missionaries that are serving in Zambia. It is a time that we can come together for training and fellowship. This year Dr. Frank Page came and did our Bible Study time and he did an excellent job. There was also a team that came from his church that did Vacation Bible School for all of our children. It was such a blessing to know that our children were being taken care of while we were in meetings. For the last several years we have been having our meeting at Lake Kariba. It is a beautiful place to reflect on the past year and begin to look forward to the next.

Celebrating 19 years of Marriage in Malindi

After taking Zach to school in Kenya we boarded a plane with some friends of ours, Daren and Shawna Davis, to the coast of Kenya. We were there for 3 nights and 4 days and had a wonderful time. Daren and Shawna had just dropped off their son, Micah, at RVA also. It was good for us to get away together in a place away from home and be able to share all that we were going through. While we were sad about leaving the boys behind we were able to do some fun things to help keep our mind off of it a little. We were able to go snorkeling, have a massage or two, ride a camel on the beach, and play cards(Phase 10) each night. We stayed at a place called Turtle Bay and the food and drinks were all inclusive. We were able to sit out on the beach and have them bring us as many coke lights as we wanted. The food was fabulous, especially the daily 4:00pm crepes which we never missed. This was definitly a great place to celebrate our Anniversary.

Our oldest son, Zach, went to boarding school in Kenya Aug. 25th. The name of the school is Rift Valley Academy(RVA) if you would like to look it up sometime. He seems to really like it there and is doing well. Of course, we miss him very much but we realize what a blessing it is to have this school available for him to go to.suzie

A Day on the Lunsemfwa River

Today I went with my husband Kevin out on the Lunsemfwa River. It was a day I will always remember. I was amazed at God's creation that I saw that day. We saw crocodiles, monkeys, and many beautiful birds. If you want more information on this day you can look at our website.

This is Bupe a little girl that we have been providing formula for over this past year. Her mother and father have died and her Grandmother is raising her.

Notice the charm her Grandmother has placed around her neck. Please pray that her Grandmother will learn the truth from God's Word and trust in Him to take care of this child instead of relying on witchcraft.
